The Government's 2025-26 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Subsidy Programme is expected to commence on September 25, 2025.

If you wish to get vaccinated early, or if you are not eligible for the subsidy, we currently have vaccines available. You are welcome to book an appointment at any time for a self-paid vaccination at the special price of only HK$220.

Step 2: Pre-Booking & Pre-Visit Checklist • Bring Required Documents

To avoid delays and save your valuable time, please prepare the following documents when booking and before your visit.

1. Required Identification Documents:

  • Original Hong Kong Identity Card: All individuals eligible for the government vaccination subsidy scheme must present their original HKID card for us to process the subsidy.
  • Child Identification Documents: For individuals under 18, please bring the original Birth Certificate and Student Handbook for record purposes.

3. Clothing Advice (Applies to Everyone)

Please wear loose-fitting or short-sleeved tops, allowing us to easily roll up the sleeve for the injection in the upper arm, making the process quicker and smoother.

Step 3: Vaccination Day • Clear Procedure

Upon arrival at our center, the entire process can typically be completed within 20-30 minutes.

1. Check-in & Registration (Reception)

When you arrive, please check in at the front desk. Our staff will verify your appointment details and identification documents, and process your government subsidy scheme application (if applicable).

2. Health Consultation

Next, we will conduct a health consultation to understand your health status, drug allergy history, and previous vaccination records, ensuring you are suitable for this season's flu vaccine. This is a crucial step for safety—please inform us truthfully.

3. Vaccination

After the consultation, we will administer the vaccination. The process is very quick:

  • Disinfect the injection site (usually the upper arm) with an alcohol swab.
  • Administer the injection.
  • The process involves only slight momentary discomfort.

4. Post-Vaccination Observation

After vaccination, we will ask you to rest in the center for about 15 minutes to monitor for any immediate allergic reactions (which are very rare). This is an international standard safety measure.

5. Receive Record & Departure

After resting, if you feel fine, you can proceed to the front desk to collect your vaccination record. You may then leave and resume normal activities.
